Data & Research Notice
Last updated: June 2026
This notice explains, in plain language, the anonymized data Meridian collects to improve the product and to conduct research on trading discipline. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
What we collect
To study how trading discipline relates to outcomes — and to make Meridian better — the Software transmits anonymized records of your trading activity, the behavioral signals it computes, how the Software is configured, and how its features are used, for example:
- executions, orders, and position changes (instrument, side, size, price, timestamps);
- the PSI score and the seven behavioral-signal values Meridian computes;
- your profile and settings, and which screens/features you use;
- session context and account type (simulated, evaluation, or live) — never the account number — needed to interpret the above.
What we do NOT collect
- Your name, email, or any contact details.
- Broker or NinjaTrader credentials, account numbers, or login information.
- Card details, funds, balances, or withdrawal information.
- Any directly personally-identifying information.
How it’s protected
- Records are linked only to a random anonymous identifier — never to your identity.
- Data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS and stored securely.
- It is used solely to improve the product and for research.
- It is never sold and never shared for advertising.
Your choice
Participation helps the research but is your choice. You can opt out at any time — email contactmeridianpsi@gmail.com and we will stop collection and, on request, delete the data associated with your anonymous identifier.
Why we do this
Meridian’s premise is that disciplined execution, not outcome, is what a trader can control. Studying anonymized behavior at scale is how we test and improve that — rigorously, so the product can keep getting better for the traders who use it. Questions: contactmeridianpsi@gmail.com.
