IMPORTANT: This software is for informational and educational purposes only. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before purchasing or using Meridian.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Meridian (“the Software”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Software.

2. Description of Software

Meridian is a psychological stability monitoring tool delivered as a NinjaTrader® 8 add-on and, in early access, as standalone Windows applications that connect to your own Tradovate® or Ironbeam account. The Software computes a real-time composite score from your order flow and configured settings during trading sessions, surfacing behavioral patterns for your own awareness. The Software does not provide trading signals, financial advice, or investment recommendations of any kind.

3. License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on devices you own or control, solely for your own trading use as a single end user. You may not:

  • Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Software
  • Reverse engineer or decompile the Software
  • Use the Software to develop a competing product
  • Share license keys or credentials with third parties

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR TRADING OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE.

7. No Financial Advice

Nothing in the Software, this website, or any associated documentation constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other type of advice. You should not rely on the Software’s output for any financial decision. Consult a qualified financial professional before trading.

8. Third-Party Platform

Meridian is an Official NinjaTrader Ecosystem Vendor, audited and approved by NinjaTrader’s Compliance, QA, and Executive teams. Meridian is operated by an independent company and is a third-party add-on for NinjaTrader 8 — NinjaTrader is a registered trademark of NinjaTrader LLC, and Meridian is not owned by NinjaTrader LLC. Your use of NinjaTrader is governed by NinjaTrader’s own terms of service.

9. Payments and Refunds

All purchases include a 14-day free trial — no charge until day 14, cancel anytime. After that: a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first charge, and a full refund anytime Meridian won’t run on a supported setup (NinjaTrader 8, or an early-access Tradovate/Ironbeam configuration). All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy. Prices are in USD and subject to change with reasonable notice.

10. Updates and Changes

We may update the Software and these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Breaking changes will be communicated via the Changelog.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your license if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete all copies of the Software.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California.

13. Data Collection and Research

The Software transmits anonymized records of your trading activity, the behavioral signals it computes, how the Software is configured, and how its features are used (for example, which screens you open), used solely to improve the product and to conduct research on trading discipline. These records are linked only to a random identifier and contain no name, contact details, broker or account credentials, account numbers, or funds/balance information. This data is never sold or shared for advertising.

Your participation is described in detail in our Privacy Policy and Data & Research Notice. You can opt out at any time — email contactmeridianpsi@gmail.com — and request deletion of any data associated with your anonymous identifier. By using the Software you acknowledge the data practices described in those documents.
