By downloading, installing, or using Meridian (“the Software”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Software.

Meridian is a psychological stability monitoring tool designed for use with NinjaTrader 8. The Software provides a real-time composite index based on user-configured behavioral inputs during trading sessions. The Software does not provide trading signals, financial advice, or investment recommendations of any kind.

3. License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not:

  • Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Software
  • Reverse engineer or decompile the Software
  • Use the Software to develop a competing product
  • Share license keys or credentials with third parties

We reserve the right to terminate your license if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete all copies of the Software.
