Install Meridian in NinjaTrader 8

1. Get your license key

Your Meridian license key is stored inside your Whop membership.

1. Go to https://whop.com
2. Sign in with the same email you used at checkout
3. Open your Meridian PSI membership
4. Find the Software / License Key section
5. Copy your license key

Copy the key exactly. Do not add extra spaces before or after it.

If you cannot find your license key, email:

Include the email address you used at checkout.

2. Download Meridian

Download the latest Meridian build here:

https://www.meridianpsi.com/downloads

Save the file somewhere easy to find, such as your Downloads folder.

Important:

If the downloaded file is a NinjaScript .zip package, do not extract it. Import the .zip file directly into NinjaTrader.

3. Import Meridian into NinjaTrader 8

1. Open NinjaTrader 8
2. Go to the Control Center
3. Click Tools
4. Click Import
5. Click NinjaScript Add-On
6. Select the Meridian .zip file you downloaded
7. Confirm the import
8. Allow NinjaTrader to compile the add-on
9. Restart NinjaTrader if prompted

Important:

Meridian is not a chart indicator. Do not look for it in the chart Indicators list.

4. Open Meridian

After installation, open Meridian from the NinjaTrader Control Center:

New → Add-ons → Meridian

Meridian runs from the Control Center and monitors trading behavior in the background.

5. Activate your license

When Meridian opens:

1. Paste your Whop license key
2. Click Activate
3. Confirm that Meridian opens successfully

If activation fails, check that:

• You copied the full license key
• There are no extra spaces
• You are using the same Whop account that started the trial or subscription

6. First setup

Before using Meridian live, set up your basic profile.

Recommended first setup:

1. Connect to SIM first
2. Open Meridian
3. Confirm your account appears
4. Open Settings / Profile
5. Set your normal trading window
6. Set your typical position size
7. Set basic risk limits
8. Keep Guard in Monitor Only or Alert Only mode
9. Save your profile

Do not start with strict lockouts or disconnect actions. Test in SIM first.

7. First SIM test

After setup:

1. Connect to SIM
2. Open Meridian
3. Confirm your account is detected
4. Place one small SIM test trade
5. Confirm that the dashboard updates
6. Review any warning or Critical message

If everything looks normal, continue testing in SIM before enabling stricter Guard actions.

Common issues

No accounts are showing

Try this:

1. Make sure your SIM or live account is connected in NinjaTrader
2. Click Refresh Accounts in Meridian
3. If needed, close and reopen the Meridian Dashboard

If the issue continues, send a screenshot to support.

Meridian shows Critical on the first SIM trade

This usually means one of your profile rules was triggered.

Common causes:

• You are trading outside your configured session window
• Your position size is above your profile setting
• Guard settings are too strict for first use
• Your profile is not fully configured yet

For first testing, use Monitor Only or Alert Only mode.

I cannot find Meridian in Indicators

That is expected.

Meridian is not opened from the chart Indicators list.

Open it from:

Control Center → New → Add-ons → Meridian

The import failed

Make sure you are importing through:

Tools → Import → NinjaScript Add-On
